In today's episode, we're going to be planting our Simplice Seed sweet peas

Now, people don't tend to start the sweet peas off until March, April time. But if you start them off now, it grows them stronger and you can get better crops and better flowers from them

So we tend to start them off in October, November time, get them growing, keep them in the greenhouse

and then we'll plant them outside when it is nice and warm enough

So we've got two packets here. We've got the king size mixed ones and we've got the high scent one

So hopefully these will smell absolutely beautiful. And hopefully we'll get absolutely loads of blooms next year down on our allotment

So we need to get these sewn. So we're going to plant these in plant pots, a few seeds in each one

And then we'll keep them growing in the greenhouse until next year until they're ready to grow

So let's start planting them. So we've got five pots for each variety

We've filled them with compost, so we're going to sprinkle a few seeds into each one

It doesn matter if it got a few seeds in each one as they don take up much room And yeah let get the seeds in They not massive seeds look They quite small

So we're going to separate them out between the five pots and get them soon

So we've got the seeds in, so we just need to cover them over with compost. Give them a water, put them in his greenhouse and keep them growing throughout until next year

So we've got them covered over now. So let's put them in the greenhouse. we'll give them a water and figures cross will grow well and now i'm going to do a blue peter moment

and here's some that i served a few weeks ago and this is what they'll look like so these are some

that i've grown a few weeks ago so yeah they're growing pretty long so i'm going to trim them all back

so that they'll bush out and hopefully it will have absolutely loads of sweet peas growing down here
