always the produce. Yes, it's fantastic

and I get some great produce from it,

but it's a place that I can go and relax

and enjoy being out in the fresh air. I

live in a flat. I've not got a garden,

so I'm stuck in the flat most of the

week, but it's nice to get out at the

weekend and be down here down at the a

lotment. I'm an early gardener. I'll

come down at like 8:00 in the morning,

stay till about 1, and I've had enough

by then. And yeah, I get to enjoy the

glorious sunshine down here as well. And

the aortment means a lot to my mental

health as yeah, I don't get out much.

Uh, I don't see many people and spending

time down here clears my mind. It gets

me active. It gets my hands in the soil

and I can see the rewards from it as

well. During lockdown, especially when

you weren't allowed out anywhere, the

aotment was my sacred place because you

were allowed to your a lotments at that

time. So I spent the whole time down

here at the a lotment and if it had not

got my a lotment it would have destroyed

my mental health definitely. But yeah

being down here is the best cure for

anyone struggling with mental health
