off you need to get your potatoes we've

got three varieties here Charlotte

rocket and Desiree and you need some

seed trays or some egg cartons to do

this so first off you get your seed tray

you get your potatoes out and you find

where the shoots are starting to pop

through on them and you put them facing

up in the seed tray so you separate them

all so that they're all stood up with

upwards then I always forget to do this

I get a seed label and I write down what

variety it is so that I remember which

variety it is and pop it with the

potatoes do the same with the other two
