Why not try and make this delicious Rhubarb Crumble Recipe

Serves:- 12

Preparation Time:- 15 Minutes

Cooking Time:- 40 Minutes

Ready:- 55 Minutes

Ingredients:-

  • 365g diced rhubarb
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 200g light brown soft sugar
  • 80g oats
  • 200g plain flour
  • 225g butter

Method of Rhubarb Crumble Recipe:-

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5. Lightly grease a 22x33cm (9×13 in) baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine rhubarb, caster sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Stir well and spread evenly into baking dish. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine brown sugar, oats and 200g flour. Stir well then rub in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb layer.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
