Reviews of the Wolf Garten Seed Sower

Now the online reviews of this product are not as good, with an average rating of 3.5 rating out of 5. This is because people have struggled with it saying that sometimes all the seeds just come out and you waste them. It’s quite difficult to set up.

Here’s what some of the customers have to say:-

  • After trial and error on a large piece of paper I got the hang of it
  • When trying it on carrot seed all the seeds came out

My Review of the Wolf Garten Soil Miller

We purchased the Wolf Garten Soil Miller garden tool based on all the reviews and hype we have seen online from customers that have one for there allotment and garden. The add on to the pole costs around £30 which is obviously quite pricey for the tool then if you have not got a pole you will need to purchase one of them. The tool came packaged really good – this is required as the prongs on the tool are quite sharp. Overall the tool is absolutely fantastic and is well worth the money. It glides through the soil and crumbles it so easy. If you are doing a big area it will certainly give you a work out on the arms. We highly recommend this product and you will be amazed with how good it is.

Wolf Garten Soil Miller In a glance

Here is a break down of what the Wolf Garten Soil Miller garden tool is:-

  • Wolf Garten provide a 10 year guarantee
  • Quality Soil Miller
  • Favorite with allotment holders
  • Hoe attached that cuts through weeds
  • 2 in one tool
  • Part of the multi-change tools provided by Wolf Garten.

Wolf Garten Soil Miller Price

As you can see from the picture on the right the price of the Wolf Garten Soil Miller is around £40 – this might sound a lot of money but one purchased it will save you so much time when weeding and hoeing your allotment and garden beds.

When you are purchasing the Soil Miller you will need to purchase a handle for it to clip into. This will obviously add to the price but once you have one handle you can use it for all the Wolf Garten Tools.

About the Wolf Garten Soil Miller

The soil miller is a pricey tool to purchase but worth it’s weight in gold. The main objective of this Wolf Garten tool is to break up the soil with ease. It crumbles the heavy soil into a fine soil. Attached to the soil miller is a hoe which can be used for cutting down weeds and hoeing in between your vegetables with ease.

When purchasing this product online you will need age verification to prove you are over 18. As this is quite a dangerous and sharp tool. You certainly would not like your child messing around with this product as they could seriously hurt themselves with it.

The soil miller is certainly a tool which makes it easier to use than a petrol rotavator. As obviously it’s a lot lighter, you do not have to mess around with petrol, oil and electric. It can easily be stored away in the garden shed as it just un-clips from the handle. You could even put some pegs on your garden shed and hang all the handles on them.

The soil miller can ideally be used when it comes to preparing those seed beds before planting. All you need to do is attach the head of the tool to the handle and get to work. The head of the tool is quite big but perfect for doing the job that it’s intended to do. The width of the tool is 15 cm in total. So if you are wanting to use it between your vegetable rows make sure you leave enough space in between to roll it down.

When purchasing the soil miller it comes separate to the handle. You can purchase the handles separate yourself. There are different sized handles so make sure you choose the size which will suit you best.

Wolf Garten Tool Handle

When purchasing one of the Wolf Garten Garden Tools you will need to purchase a Wolf Garten Handle. These come in different sizes and types. You can get them in wood or metal. Once you purchase one the tools are universal and will all fit in one. You can by small ones for hand tools and larger ones that you need for standing up with.

Reviews of the Wolf Garten Soil Miller

With over 400 reviews of the soil miller product online it has an 81% of 5 * which is great for the product and it shows that it does the job exactly what it’s meant to do. Here we find out what some of the customers think :-

  • Great tool, not to be used when the soil is wet though as it just clogs up. It breaks up the soil fantastic and does it’s job what is on the tin. The spikes lift the roots fantastic.
  • I would certainly recommend this product for breaking up soil
  • I was considering buying a motorised tiller but since using this I am not going to bother
  • I had read online how useful this tool is, but not till I used it did I realize they were right.
  • It certainly gives you a good work out

About the product

The cultivator can be used with the multi use handles which can be purchased separately. It has three lance prongs. This is ideal for breaking up medium type soils, making it easy on the back and non straining. The prongs glide through the soil with little effort.

The cultivator is a popular tool from The Wolf Garten range of tools. It has 3 sharp prongs that make breaking up the soil in between vegetables and flowers easy. This toll will certainly last you years and that is shown with the 10 year guarantee. The prongs even keep themselves sharp by self sharpening during use

This Wolf Garten Cultivator is designed to work at the correct angle so it does not hurt your back when using it. The tool has a width of 11cm, which makes it fit the gaps between your vegetables and flowers without damaging them.

The cultivator can fit the 11 handles designed by Wolf Garten either the aluminium ones or the wooden ones. Make sure you choose the right length for you or if you are using it as a hand tool instead. Just click it into the handle and get to work.

To release your cultivator from the handle just press the release button on the top of the handle and then pick the next toll you wish to use. Remember to wipe down the tool after use to keep it looking brand new and clean.

The best thing about the releasing heads is they can store away without taking up much space in the shed. If you are using them for the allotment you can pick and choose which ones you need for that day and take the ones you need. I would not advise taking them and leaving them in your shed on the allotment
